I first got into counselling because having lived with depression & anxiety from childhood trauma myself I can empathize how you are feeling. My goal is to help people identify and achieve their personal goals by coping with the issues that are causing them distress, anxiety and stress. I take great pride in the progress and success and look forward to helping you.  I gained experience in volunteering in a mental health facilities for two years, doing one to one session, facilitating group therapy session and from my own experiences and from the people I work with.

My passion is to help others heal and overcome obstacles in your life such as: Depression, Anxiety and Stress.
